Vegetable pakoda recipe

Vegetable pokoda is a delicious starter or a evening snack,It is prepared by grating vegetables mixed with butter and all purpose flour/maida and deep fried in oil to make a crispy and tasty pakoda’s it is a quick and easy to make recipe with simple ingredients,It taste good when it is served hot or cooled so do try this recipe, sure every one love this 🙂

Serves – 4
Ingredients –
Carrot – 2 medium
Potato – 1 medium
Cabbage – 1/4 portion
Onion – 1 medium
Green chilly – 2 no’s
Ginger – 1 inch
All purpose flour/maida – 3 tbs
Butter – 1 1/2 tbs
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
How to prepare veg pokoda
Grate carrot,cabbage, potato,onion,green chillies with a help of a grater
Add butter and salt mix together add all purpose flour/maida and mix properly ( no need of adding water)
Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
Take a small portions of prepared mixture and make a round shaped ball and deep fry in oil
Fry till it becomes golden brown and crispy (it takes little more time to cook when compared to other pakoda’s) continue the same procedure for the next batch,cook in a medium flame,when it is done remove from oil .
Vegetable pokoda is ready to be served ,it taste good when it is served hot or cooled .
