Vegetable fried rice recipe

Vegetable fried rice is one of our favorite Indo Chinese recipe,it is best when served with Gobi Manchurian,it is simple and quick to prepare recipe which is absolutely delicious and nutritious with vegetables.

Preparation time 30 min

Cooking time – 25 min

Serves – 5

Ingredients –

Rice — 2 cups

Onion – 4 medium chopped

Carrot – 2 no’s chopped

Beans – 1 cup chopped

Capsicum – 1 cup chopped

Cabbage – 1 cup chopped

Spring onion – 1 cup chopped

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp

Soy sauce – 1 tbs

Chilly sauce – 1 tbs

Pepper powder – 1 tbs

Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)

Coriander leaves – 1 cup chopped

Salt to taste

Oil to fry

How to prepare vegetable fried rice 

Cook 2 cup of rice by adding  3 1/2 cup of water in a pressure cooker.

Heat a kadai by adding oil in it when oil is hot add chopped onion,fry till translucent

Add ginger garlic paste ,fry till the raw smell evaporates

Add chopped carrot,beans together stir fry for a while

Add chopped cabbage,capsicum and spring onion fry till it becomes soft

Add garam masala powder mix properly

Add cooked and cooled rice,add soy sauce ,chilly sauce and salt to taste,mix altogether

Add pepper powder mix once again

Finally add chopped coriander leaves mix all together

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
