Palak Paratha recipe

Palak paratha is a healthy and nutitious breakfast dish, paratha is an Indian flatbread prepared with whole wheat flour with green masala with a fresh blend of spices which makes a flavorful and tasty breakfast dish. The benefits of spinach are many. Leafy greens like spinach provide more nutrients than any other food when compared calorie. Clean Spinach, rinse and keep ready, take a pan, add rinsed spinach, for 2 mins,
cook covered without adding water on a high flame about 3 to 4 min. turn off the flame.
Take a mixer jar to add spinach blend it to a paste, keep aside. in the same jar add all the ingredients. Blend it to a paste without adding water.
Take a pan to add oil, when it is hot, add ground paste, saute well until you get a nice aroma.
Then add spinach paste
combine, add water and salt to taste, bring it to boil, turn off the flame, add wheat flour into it. (when wheat flour is kneaded with the hot mixture we get soft and tasty parathas)
Knead it to a dough, similar to regular chapati dough.
Divide the dough into medium sized balls and roll them into a circle. Heat a flat pan and cook paratha both side by applying oil on it.
Palak Paratha is ready to serve, it gets tastier if you apply ghee on it, serve hot with coconut chutney.
