Sweet paddu with banana and egg I Egg Paniyaram

Egg Paniyaram is a delicious, tasty and soft evening snack. A quick and easy snack made with ripe bananas, egg, All purpose flour (maida) and sugar, all the ingredients mixed into a batter, shallow fried in paniyaram pan, which taste delicious to serve as a tea time snack.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup (Adjust to your taste)
Salt – 1 pinch
Egg – 1
Ripe banana – 1
Cardamom powder – 2 no’s crushed
Cooking soda – 1 pinch (optional)
Oil to shallow fry
Paniyaram pan

Method:
Take a bowl, Mash banana into smooth paste, once it is ready add sugar into, mix properly,
Add egg white and yolk together in to the mixture, mix properly until sugar gets dissolved,
Ensure the sugar is dissolved, add all purpose flour,
Mix to a batter similar to dosa batter consistency, add enough water to mix, add cardamom powder and cooking soda, mix it with the batter and keep ready
Heat paniyaram pan in a medium flame, grease it with oil, when the pan is hot enough add prepared batter in each hole of the pan, drizzle oil over it, close the lid, cook until the base of each paddu turns golden brown,
Once done flip gently one by one to cook the other side for 2 min. Remove it to a serving plate. Continue the same for remaining batter.
Simple and easy Sweet paddu is ready,
Enjoy as a tea time snack.
