Squid butter garlic recipe

Squid butter garlic is a yummy appetizer, Garlic flavored tasty side dish prepared with butter, an easy to prepare recipe with simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
For marination –
Squid – cleaned and drained water in it (cut into small round pieces)
Egg white – 2 eggs (separated from 2 eggs )
Corn flour – 3 tbs
All-purpose flour – 3 tbs
Salt to taste.
For seasoning –
Onion – 3 medium chopped
Green chilies – 3 to 4 no’s chopped
Garlic – 3 tbs peeled and chopped
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander – 1 bunch chopped
Spring onion – 1 bunch chopped finely
Butter – 50 gm
Salt to taste
Method:
Clean squid, cut it into small rings, rinse it, drain the water in it, Add all the ingredients to marinade, mix it as there are no lumps in it, (add egg white as needed) make a thick batter in consistency, now add squid toss it well set aside for 30 mins.
After marination shallow fry/ deep fry. Take care while frying squid as it gets burst, cook covered, it takes 2 to 3 mins to be done, deep fry it in oil, in two or three batches and keep ready.
Keep all the other ingredients for seasoning handy.
Heat a pan by adding butter to it, when it is hot add chopped garlic, saute until the raw smell is evaporated, add chopped green chilies fry for a while
Add chopped onions, and chopped spring onions stir-fry until it turns to translucent, add salt to taste
Ensure onion is done, then add shallow fried squid into it
Combine, mix together, cook on a low flame
Add pepper powder toss it well, close the lid of the pan and cook in a low flame for 5 to 8 mins
Finally, add chopped fresh coriander, mix properly. switch off the flame. Rest it for 5 more mins before you serve. Transfer it to a serving dish.
