Spicy egg bhurji recipe

Egg bhurji is a perfect side dish for roti, poori,chapati or naan,Eggs are so nutritious that they’re often referred as “nature’s multivitamin that eating eggs regularly can improve health.Spicy egg bhurji is a simple and easy to make recipe with simple ingredients which makes a tasty side dish,which is loved by all age groups.so do try this recipe .

Serves – 4 to 5
Ingredients –
Egg – 6 to 7 no’s
Onion – 3 medium chopped
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Garlic – 3 to 4 cloves
cloves – 3 no’s
Cinnamon – 1 small piece
Coriander leaves – 1 cup chopped
Mint leaves – 2 tbs chopped
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Coconut – 1 cup grated
Poppy seeds – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
How to prepare spicy egg burji
Take a mixer jar add ginger,garlic,cloves and cinnamon make a coarse/ crushed paste (without adding water)and keep aside
Make fine paste of coconut,poppy seeds and turmeric and keep aside
Heat a kadai by adding oil in it when oil becomes hot add chopped onion and fry till it becomes translucent
Add crushed spices into it
Fry till you get a fragrant flavour
Add Coriander and chilly powder fry for a while
Add chopped coriander and mint leaves stir fry
Break eggs one by one and add salt to taste scramble the egg till it is done,stir fry
when the egg is done/cooked add grounded coconut past into it and mix altogether properly
Add 1/2 cup of water and bring it to boil till the oil separates from it .Turn off the flame.
Transfer the dish to a serving dish and enjoy with poori/chapati
