Spicy chicken drumstick recipe

Spicy chicken drumstick is a south Indian, simple and delicious chicken recipe to enjoy as an appetizer or as a side dish, in which chicken is marinated in yogurt, deep fried and spiced /coated with spicy yogurt mixture, which is just irresistible in taste. Do try and enjoy as an appetizer or as a side dish.
Ingredients:
For marination –
Chicken drumstick – 4 no’s
Yogurt – 4 tbs
Egg white of a single egg
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 2 tbs
All purpose flour – 1 tsp
Salt
Other Ingredients –
Yogurt – 4 tbs
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Dry chilies – 2 or 3 no’s
Curry leaves – 1 small bunch
Tomato sauce/ ketchup – 2 or 3 tbs (adjust to your taste)
Coriander – for garnishing
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Method:
Rinse chicken in water, drain it, add chicken pieces in a bowl, add all the ingredients for marination
Marinate it for 5 hrs in refrigerator.
After marination deep fry chicken in oil, in a medium flame until (it is done properly) golden brown. Drain excess oil in it, put it on a kitchen towel to drain excess oil in it and set aside.
Keep all the other ingredients ready to start.
Mix all the dry powders in yogurt including salt to taste and keep ready.
Heat a pan by adding oil in it, when it is hot add curry leaves and chilies fry it for a while.
Add spicy yogurt mixture, add tomato sauce/ketchup and fry until a thick gravy, in a medium flame.
Add fried chicken into the mixture, toss it well so that the gravy must coat the chicken properly.
Garnish coriander on it, toss it once again and remove from the flame.
