Soppina Dose I Mixed Greens Dosa

Soppina Dose / Mixed greens dosa is a healthy breakfast recipe to start your day. A generous portion of green veggies in your daily diet can benefit your body and health in numerous ways, Soppina dose is an easiest and most popular South Indian recipe which can be prepared in a jiffy, all you need a bowl of dosa batter and mixed greens which make a healthy and nutritious breakfast dish.
Ingredients:
Dosa batter – 1 bowl
Mixed Greens – Spinach, Coriander, Mint, Fenugreek, Dill leaves, Amaranth – small bunch each
Salt to taste
Oil/butter/ ghee to make dosa.
For seasoning –
Oil – 1/2 tsp
Mustard – 1/4 tsp
Cumin – 1/4 tsp
Grated ginger – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch powdered

Method:
Separate the leaf part from each Green bunches remove the steam part, rinse it thoroughly, chop it finely as possible.
Add chopped greens, grated ginger, salt to the batter, mix it properly and set aside.
For seasoning – Heat a tadka pan with oil, when it is hot add mustard seeds, allow it to splutter in oil then add cumin when it begins to splutter remove from the flame, add a pinch of asafoetida, add it to the batter, mix properly.
Heat a flat pan, when it is hot, apply oil on it, take a ladle of batter, pour it into the center of the pan and spread it gently, apply oil/butter/ ghee of your choice, cover the lid and cook on a medium flame for 2 mins.
Flip it to the other side and continue to cook on a medium flame for a min, remove it and continue the same for the rest.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
