Roasted pineapple

Roasted pineapple is a quick side dish that is a yummy juicy, sweet, tangy, and spicy dish that can be grilled, shallow fried /baked.
Ingredients:
Pineapple – 4 slices
Chilli powder – less than 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder – 2 pinch
Cumin powder – 1 pinch
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Chaat masala powder – 1 pinch
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Oil/butter/ghee to brush/shallow fry

Method:
Take pineapple slices, make incisions with a knife on each pineapple slice for both sides and keep ready.
Take a bowl, add chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric, chat masala, sugar, salt to taste, adjust the spices to adjust your taste, mix it with lemon juice,
apply it to the pineapple slices, rest for 15 to 20 mins.
If you bake in a microwave/ grill brush oil/butter/ghee on each slice and you can bake it for 10 mins at 180 degrees, then flip and continue for another 5 mins for the other side.
To shallow fry – Heat pan with oil/butter/ghee to shallow fry, when it is hot, shallow fry each piece on a medium flame for 10 mins for both sides, fry until it turns light brown in color.
Yummy Pineapple roast is ready to serve.
