Pudina masala chutney recipe

Mint chutney is a spicy dip made from mint leaves it is an extremely flavor condiment, and it is served in small quantity as a side dish with traditional south Indian biryani, or it goes good with breakfast dishes like idli, dosa, poori, chapati, rava dosa.
Preparation time – 5 to 8 min
Serves – 3 to 4.
INGREDIENTS:
Coconut – 1 cup
Green chili – 2 nos
Pudina(mint) – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – 1 cup ( chopped)
Garlic – 2 cloves
Ginger – 1/2 small piece
Roasted gram – 3 tsp
Cloves -2 nos
Cinnamon – 1 small piece
Oil – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 small size (finely chopped)
How to prepare mint masala chutney
Take a pan, heat it add 1tsp of oil, when oil becomes hot add all the above ingredients. Except roasted gram and chopped onion. Fry for 5 min and allow them to cool.
Take a mixer jar add fried mixture into it and add roasted gram, make a paste by adding little water.
Transfer it to a serving dish and mix finely chopped onions, mix altogether, chopped raw onion with spicy chutney gives a delicious flavour to the dish,it can be served with roti’s, as a side dish for rice varieties like chicken biryani, vegetable pulao and other spicy dishes.
