Prawns fried rice recipe

Prawns fried rice is a yummy rice dish, a nutritious rice dish for kids which is prepared by adding egg, vegetables, and prawns, it is easy to make recipe with simple ingredients in which prawns are marinated with spices and deep fried in oil and mixed with the rice, do try this yummy recipe and enjoy.
Ingredients:
For marination –
Prawns/baby prawns – 500 gm
Chilly powder – 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Corn flour – 1 Tsp
Maida – 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Other Ingredients –
Rice – 2 cup
Onion – 3 medium chopped
Cabbage – 1 cup chopped
Capsicum – 1 cup chopped
Egg – 4 no
Spring onion – 1 cup chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp (optional)
Pepper powder – 1 Tsp
Soy sauce – 2 Tsp
Chilly sauce – 2 Tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 cup chopped
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method:
For marination –
Clean the prawns and drain the water, take a bowl add all the ingredients shown above mix well until the mixture is coated evenly and marinade for 3 hrs in refrigerator.
Rinse rice, drain the water completely, add 4 cups of water to cook 2 cups of rice, pressure cook it for 3 whistles and turn off the flame. once it is done allow it to cool.
Deep fry marinated prawns to a golden color in one or two batches and keep ready.
Heat a heavy bottomed vessel by adding oil in it, when it is hot add chopped onion saute for a while add ginger garlic paste
stir till the raw smell evaporates then add chopped vegetables
Stir-fry for a min, break eggs add it to the kadai
stir until it gets scrambled.
Add 1/2 tsp of salt and garam masala mix properly
now Add rice into the kadai add sauce and salt to taste
Mix all together add pepper powder mix once again
Finally, add deep fried prawns and toss once again. add chopped coriander leaves toss the rice.
Delicious Prawns fried rice is ready to be served.
