Delicious Peanut chutney powder or Shenga chutney is ready to enjoy with chapati, rice or with any breakfast dish. Best when it is served with curd. Transfer it to a air tight container, it can be preserved for more than a month without refrigerating.

Note –

In order to get slightly sticky form grind the mixture at low speed for short time of few seconds several times in a mixer jar.

If it get sticky, dry powder roasted gram/fried gram, mix or dry powder together ( about 50 gm of roasted gram)

If you can get ready made salted roasted peanuts, use it to make peanut chutney powder. It is extremely easy to prepare in a short time.

I have used home made chilly powder which is roasted and powdered. You can use dry red chilies to prepare this recipe. You should dry roast it separately in a medium flame.
