Paan Milkshake I Paan Shot

Beetal leaves/Paan milkshake is a refreshing milkshake made from fresh Beetal leaves, Gulkhand, and ice-cream, a healthy and delicious drink, also a quick and easy recipe using paan, it is a perfect summer drink to keep your body refresh and active. Paan (betel leaf) has amazing medicinal properties as well. It works an as an analgesic, releases pain eases constipation and improves digestion. It also increases hunger and promotes oral health. Betel leaf is ground to a coarse paste along with Gulkand (rose petal jam), fennel, and then mixed with milk which gives a refreshing taste.
Ingredients:
Fresh Beetal leaves (Paan) – 5 to 6 no’s
Gulkand – 2 tbs
Fennel seeds – 1/4 tsp
Milk – 5oo ml Chilled
Vanilla Ice Cream – 2 scoops (200 ml)
Sugar – 3 tsp (adjust to your taste)
Almond and pistachio chopped – 2 tsp for garnishing

Method:
Rinse Betal leaves, cut the stem of each leaf, chop it roughly
Add fennel seeds, Gulkand, chopped Beetal leaves, sugar to a blender, blend it to a coarse mixture, Then add milk blend it for few mins, then add vanilla ice cream blend it for few more seconds,
Transfer it to serving glasses, garnish with chopped almond and pistachios
Serve chilled.
