Mango Popsicle

A popsicle made with real fruit is a great refreshing summer treat for kids, which can be easily prepared at home with fresh mango, milk, and sugar. Easy to make very tasty and healthy. just give it a try and enjoy !!!    

Ingredients:

Ripe mango – 2 no’s chopped

Milk – 1 cup

Condensed milk – 1/4 cup

Sugar – 5 tsp adjust to your taste

 

Method:

Peel the skin of the mango, chop it roughly and keep ready, keep all the other ingredients handy.

Blend mango, sugar, and milk together, once done add condensed milk and blend again, check the taste, add sugar if necessary.

Pour it into popsicle molds, cover it and freeze until firm. If you do not have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups. Pour the mango mixture into paper cups, when it is half set, insert ice cream sticks and freeze until firm. You can even use ice cube tray. Freeze for 2 to 3 hrs hours, then insert toothpicks when it is partially set and then freeze until firm.

Once set, run the outside of the popsicle mold under water (room temperature) for a few seconds to loosen the mango popsicles from the mold.
