Kurkure Paneer

Kurkure paneer is an easy and yummy starter that can be made at home easily in a short time with simple ingredients, all you need is Paneer (cottage cheese), simple Indian spices, cornflour, maida, and cornflakes which makes a flavorful, crispy, and crunchy starter!
Ingredients:
Paneer – 200 gm
Corn flour – 1/4 cup
Maida – 1/4 cup
Kashmiri chili powder – 1 tbs
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Fresh mint /dry – 1/2 tsp/ 1 tbsp chopped
Coriander – 1 tbsp chopped
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Cornflakes – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry

Method:
Cut paneer into cubes, Keep all the ingredients handy to start.
Take a bowl to add cornflour, maida Kashmiri chili powder, pepper powder, mint (chopped), coriander chopped, ginger garlic paste, chaat masala powder, and salt to taste
Toss it well, mix it to a medium thick batter by adding little by little water as needed so that panner cubes Coates. (take care the batter should not be watery)
Now add cornflakes in a bowl, crush them finely such that it becomes into tiny flakes, and keep ready.
Heat oil in a pan to deep fry,
Take paneer cubes to dip it into the batter, coat or drop it in the cornflakes, coat it well and make sure to let it rest for 2 mins so that it gets a good coating.
Drop it in the hot oil, fry it until it turns to golden brown and crisp it takes around 6 to 7 mins.
Continue the same for the rest in two or three batches,
Serve hot Kurkure paneer with your favorite sauce
Enjoy as a tea time snack.
