Instant Wheat dosa recipe

Instant wheat dosa is a healthy, quick and easy to make recipe using whole wheat flour. A quick recipe to make an healthy breakfast or a meal with chutney, curry or sambar to serve it as a morning breakfast or for an evening snack.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour – 2 cup
Onion – 1 0r 2 medium finely chopped
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1/2 tsp grated
Coconut – 1 tbs grated (optional)
Curry leaves – 1 tsp chopped finely
Coriander – 2 tbs finely chopped
Green chilies – 1 chopped
Salt
Oil

Method:
Sieve the flour. Add flour in a clean bowl, add salt to taste, add water slowly and mix it to a little thin batter than dosa batter consistency (it takes about 4 cup of water), as there is no lumps in it.
Add all the other ingredients into the prepared batter, combine properly.
Rest it for 5 to 10 min. Mix it once again
Heat a tawa, grease it with oil, When the tawa is hot enough. Take a ladle full of batter pour the batter thinly, do not spread or disturb it with the ladle.
Drizzle little oil on it, cook until it is done
Gently flip to the other side and cook it for few more minutes.
Transfer it to a serving plate, Enjoy hot Wheat dosa with chutney.
Nice. If you mix one cup of rice flour to this dosa batter dosas will be too crispy
