Green chutney

Green chutney, usually known as hari chutney, is a versatile Indian condiment that can be used in many different ways. It is best used as a condiment with grilled or fried food, but may be used a spread or dip too.A green mint and coriander flavored chutney which is great for sandwich spreads. Mint adds freshness to this chutney can be preserved for a long time.
Preparation time – 10 min
cooking time – 5 to 8 min
Ingredients –
Pudina/mint – 1 big bunch
Coriander leaves – 1 big bunch
Garlic – 4 to 5 cloves
Boiled green chilies – 5 no’s
Cumin seeds – 1tsp
Pepper corn – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Tamarind – 1/2 inch
Procedure –
Take a mixer jar grind all the above ingredients to a fine paste by adding sufficient of water .
Green chutney is ready to serve.
Procedure to preserve –
Take a pan heat it by add 2 tsp of oil add 1/2 tsp of mustard seed when it begins to sparkle add grounded green chutney and bring it to boil for 5 to 8 min
Turn off the flame and allow it to cool,preserve it in a air tight container.
