Green chicken kebab recipe

Green chicken kebab is a popular appetizer in Indian cuisine,which is slathered and coated with a  fresh aromatic green paste. The green paste is made by blending coriander , mint , green chilies  which makes bright green color or the fresh aromatic chicken kebab.Easy and delicious, just give a try.

Preparation time – 10 min

Marination time – 30 min

Cooking time – 5 to 6 min for 1 batch

Serves – 4

Ingredients to blend –

Green chilies – 4 no’s

Coriander leaves – 1 bunch

Mint leaves/pudina – 1 bunch

Capsicum – 1/2 part of a medium sized

Ginger – 2 inch cut into small piece

Garlic – 1 medium sized

How to prepare or make green chicken kebab – 

Chicken pieces – 1 kg cut into medium size ,clean and drain out the water,blend all the above ingredients by adding little water.

Mix the prepared green paste to chicken pieces , add salt to taste and a tea spoon of lemon juice mix altogether and marinade for 1 hr

After marination,add 1 egg , add 3 tbs of corn flour and 1 tbs of maida/all purpose flour.Toss it.

Heat oil in a kadai ,when it is hot deep fry marinated chicken pieces in oil till it turns to golden and crisp in a medium flame.

Delicious,aromatic Green chicken kebab is ready to serve.
