Grape squash I Grape juice I Black Grape squash

Homemade grape juice is ideal as it does not contain any preservatives as compared to the store bought one which is high in sugar and chemical preservatives for long shelf life. Basically, a beverage drink recipe which is prepared from ripe black grapes which are rich in vitamin c, an ideal summer drink which can be served as a refreshing drink before or after lunch and provides the immediate cooling effect. Grape Squash has a delightfully refreshing taste. Just mix one part of Grape Squash with three and a half parts of chilled water or soda and enjoy a delicious glass of nature’s goodness.
Ingredients:
Black Grapes – 1 kg
Sugar – 750 gm
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Water – 2 cup
Method:
- Remove the buds and branches of the grapes 🍇
Rinse grapes 🍇with water, and keep ready.
Transfer it to a pressure cooker, add 1 cup of water, pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
Allow it to cool completely.
Once cooled, squeeze the cooked grapes nicely. Take a colander spread a cotton cloth on it, strain and collect the juice in a container, now add a cup of water to the grape extract in a vessel /bowl, squeeze it once again, continue to strain, collect the juice in it.
Add sugar to it, bring it to boil until sugar dissolves completely, add salt boil for few mins. Turn off the flame, allow it to cool completely.
Once the mixture cooled completely transfer it to a glass jar /Bottle/ jug preserve it in a refrigerator.
Delightfull refreshing Grape Squash is ready, Just mix one part of Grape Squash with three and a half parts of chilled water or soda and serve with Ice cubes.

Note –
You can select black grapes with seed or without seeds to make Grape squash.
Once you collect the juice from the boiled grapes 🍇 measure the quantity of it then add double the amount of sugar to it.
You can add sugar to adjust to your taste or you can make without sugar, just boil Grape extract the juice of it boil it with 1/2 tsp of salt , allow it to cool completely then preserve it in a glass jar / Bottle 🍶 you can add sugar / jaggery syrup while you serve.
