Ginger Lemon juice recipe

Ginger lemon juice is a tasty and healthy juice to enjoy on hot summer days, it is enriched with the goodness of lemon and the flavor fresh ginger, which is good for health, a refreshing summer drink. Quick and easy drink can be prepared in a short time. Shunti nimbe sharbhath in Kannada is a traditional drink which as many health benefits.
Ingredients:
1 Medium sized lemon
Ginger – 2 inches chopped roughly
Sugar – 3 – 4 tbs (adjust to your taste)
Salt – 1 pinch

Method:
Take 2 glass of water in a vessel, add sugar and salt in it, stir until it dissolves.
Add ginger in a mixer jar, make a coarse paste without adding water.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice into it, Mix it until sugar dissolves in it.
Strain it with a strainer.
Transfer it to a serving glass, add ice cubes and enjoy flavorful Shunti nimbe sharbath , Ginger lemon juice.
