Fruit custard recipe

Fruit custard is an easy and tasty dessert to enjoy for any occasion, it is a healthy dessert prepared with mixed fruits, milk, sugar and custard powder is the key ingredient which gives a taste and flavor to the dish. It is one of a kids favorite dish and also a nutritious dessert to serve on summer, do try and enjoy this easy and delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
Milk – 1 liter
Sugar – 7-8 tbs (adjust to your taste)
Custard powder (vanilla flavored) – 4 tbs
Mixed fruits – apple 2 no’s chopped
Banana 5 no’s sliced
Pomegranate – 1 cup
Mango – 1 cup chopped

Method:
Add milk in a pan, bring it to boil, when it begins to boil, add sugar
Mix custard powder with 5 to 6 tbs of warm /cold milk as there is no lumps in it, stir and keep ready.
Ensure that the sugar is dissolved completely, check the taste add more sugar if necessary (to adjust to your taste ), add prepared custard mixture into the Boiling milk, stir continuesly, cook keep on stirring till the milk begins to thicken and remove it from the flame. Allow it to cool naturally at room temperature. Once it is cool, Refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hrs.
Add mixed fruits of your choice in a bowl
Add prepared chilled custard milk in to it
Serve and enjoy chilled fruit custard. You can also add roasted nuts and any fruits of your choice in preparation.
