Fluffy Omelet

Fluffy omelet is a delicious and super soft omelet variety that can be made easily with simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
Egg – 4 no’s
salt – 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil/butter – 1 tbs
Method:
Break egg separate egg whites and yolk in different bowls and keep ready.
Whisk egg white with a blender until it triples in quantity with medium peaks
It takes approximately 8 to 10 min to reach that texture.
Blend egg yolk in a separate bowl until it turns homogeneous and pale in color,
mix the whisked mixture, add salt to taste (add pepper powder while serving or in preparation) Carefully fold the egg yolks into the egg whites until fully incorporated.
Heat a shallow pan with the lid on medium flame, grease oil/butter, Pour the egg mixture into a medium nonstick frying pan with a lid.
Cook over medium-low heat until the bottom of the omelet has set, about 5 minutes.
Lift up each side of the omelet and drop a tablespoon of butter underneath. Cover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the top of the omelet has set. Remove it to a serving plate.
Super soft Fluffy omelet is ready
Cut it into the desired shape, sprinkle pepper powder and salt if needed
