Fish kabab recipe

Fish is most famous sea food and sea food lover always remains in search of varieties of sea food cuisine, this is a easy to prepare recipe of fish kebab, i have taken jew fish (kodai fish) to prepare this recipe, you can also try with any fish variety to prepare this fish kebab recipe, which is yummy just try and enjoy as a side dish or as an appetizer.
Preparation time – 15 min
Marination time – 3 hrs
Cooking time – 10 min
Serves – 4
Ingredients –
Jew fish – 1 kg cut into medium pieces
Chilly powder – 1 tbs
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbs
Lemon – 1 medium (juice of 1 lemon)
Salt
Corn flour – 3 tbs
Egg – 1 no
Oil to deep fry
Method –
To prepare or to make fish kebab –
Rinse fish with cold water and pat dry. Add Chilly powder, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,salt and juice of lemon, mix altogether and marinade for more than 3 hrs in refrigerator.
After marination, add corn flour, break an egg mix properly, (sprinkle little water if necessary) so that it should coat with each pieces
Heat oil in a pan, when it is hot , slide fish pieces one by one.
Deep fry it in a medium flame till it turns to golden brown and crisp, flip it to the other side and fry till it it is done.
When it is done remove it with a slotted spoon drain the excess oil in it.
Eat and enjoy as a side dish or as an appetizer.
Note – you can add a tsp of vinegar other than lemon juice, and also you can add 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder after marinating, which gives a different taste and flavour to the dish.
