Noodle are a Chinese staple food made from unleavened dough.Egg noodles recipe, sharing one of the easiest meal you can make on a busy day with minimum ingredients. For a healthier option use whole wheat noodles, for a healthier meal, i suggest using enough vegetables which turn out to be flavorful and tasty.

How to prepare egg noodles

Ingredients –

Chinese noodles – 200 gm

Onion – 2 medium chopped

Cabbage – 1 cup chopped

Capsicum – 1 medium chopped

Garlic – 10 cloves chopped

Raw egg – 3 to 4

Soy sauce – 2 tsp

Chilly sauce – 2 tsp

Pepper powder – 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil to fry

Procedure –

Boil water in a wide pan with a tsp of oil and 1/2 tsp of salt. When water starts boiling, add the noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally or as instructed in the pack. Make sure not to overcook the noodles.Drain the water completely from the noodles and run cold water through the noodles to prevent it from sticking together. Add a tsp of oil and toss noodles. Keep it aside.

Heat a kadai by adding oil in it,when it is hot add chopped garlic saute for a while ,add chopped onion fry till translucent

Add chopped capsicum and cabbage fry for a while

Fry till cabbage turns to translucent

Break egg add one by one and crumble the egg in a medium flame till it is done

Add cooked noodles into it .

Add soy sauce and chilly sauce and mix properly.

Add salt and pepper powder ,once again mix altogether.

Add chopped coriander leaves

Yummy egg noodles is ready to be served ,serve hot
