Crispy corns recipe

Crispy corns recipe is very simple and easy to make delicious dish, can be served as starter or snack. Cornflour, maida is coated to sweet corn, deep fried till golden and crisp. Seasoned with onions, capsicum and other ingredients with chaat masala and lemon juice adds a lovely chatpata taste to the dish. A kids friendly snack. Just try and enjoy as a starter or snack.
Ingredients:
For deep frying corn –
Sweet Corn – 200 gm (fresh or frozen)
All purpose flour/Maida – 2 tsp
Rice flour – 1 1/2 tbs
Corn flour – 1 1/2 tbs
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
For seasoning –
Onion – 1 medium chopped
Capsicum – 1 medium chopped
Spring onion – 1/2 cup chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 tsp
Coriander – 1 small bunch chopped
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Oil

Method:
In a bowl, add corn along with ingredients to deep fry, except oil. Mix well so that each and every corn kernel gets coated with the flour.
Heat oil and deep fry the corn kernels in batches. (cover the frying pan as the corn may burst and start to pop out) when they turns crispy and ready once they start to float on top of the oil. Remove with a slotted spoon, drain the excess oil in it, put it on a paper towel to absorb excess oil in it.
Keep all the ingredients ready to season it. heat a pan by adding little oil in it, when it is hot
Add onion fry until light brown, add ginger garlic paste fry until raw smell evaporates, add capsicum fry for a while, add soy sauce
Add deep fried corns into, add pepper powder, a pinch of salt, Add spring onion, toss it well.
Remove from the flame,
Transfer the dish to a serving plate, sprinkle chaat masala powder, lemon juice. Serve hot and ..

Note –
Take care while deep frying cover the frying pan as the corn may burst and start to pop out or another method you can steam corns and follow the same procedure without deep frying.
