Chilli chicken dry recipe

Chilli chicken is an easiest and delicious chicken recipe which can be prepared in a short time. Its a quick and easy recipe which is prepared without deep frying the chicken pieces, in my early post i had posted deep fried Chinese style chilli chicken recipe, This is another method of preparing chilli chicken which taste just heavenly as a hot and spicy appetizer or as a side dish for Biryani, noodles or fried rice.
Ingredients:
Chicken – 500 gm
For marination –
Egg – 1
Green Chilli sauce – 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbs
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Green chilies – 10 no’s slit into two pieces
Salt
For seasoning –
Ghee – 2 tbs
Green chilies – 10 no’s slit into two pieces

Method:
Rinse chicken pieces in water for twice or thrice, drain the water, Take a bowl add egg, chicken pieces, chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, chilies (slit) Turmeric and salt, mix together properly and set aside for 15 min.
After marination, heat ghee in a pan, when it is hot add chilies, fry for a while
Add marinated chicken in to it, saute,
Cook in a medium flame, close the lid, cook until it is done or cooked. It take about 10 to 15 min to be done. (no need to add water to cook) finally bring the curry to a thick in consistency, until the water in the chicken absorbs fully.
Spicy chilli chicken is ready to enjoy as a side dish or as an hot and spicy appetizer.
