Chicken pakoda

Chicken pakoda is a delicious tea time snack.I have a habit of separating boneless chicken when I prepare curry or other dishes because no one likes boneless pieces in curry , so I separate all boneless pieces and keep as frozen in a air tight container,we can make many recipes from boneless chicken pieces.This is a simple and easy recipe which makes a yummy tea time snack or a great starter.
Preparation time – 10 min
Cooking time – 15 min
Serves – 4-5
Ingredients-
Boneless chicken – 400 gms[cut into small pices]
Onions – 2-3 medium size, chopped
Gram flour – 3 tbs
Maida/all purpose flour – 2 tbs
Corn flour – 2 tbs
Coriander leaves – 1 bunch chopped
Mint leaves – 1 bunch chopped
Sesame seeds – 1 tbs
Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Egg – 1 no
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Procedure –
Take chicken pieces in a bowl add lemon juice,egg and salt to taste mix altogether,add all the above ingredients and mix all together to a mixture
Heat oil in a frying pan when oil is hot take small quantity put inside the frying pan one by one slowly so that it does not stick to each other.
Serve hot with tomato sauce/ Chinese chutney.
