Chicken Kheema Ghee roast

Chicken kheema ghee roast is a yummy side dish or an appetizer made with minced chicken with fresh flavorful spices, sure give it a try.
Ingredients:
To make kheema patties –
Minced chicken 300 gms
Onion – 1 medium chopped
Chilli powder
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Egg – 1
Salt to taste
Coriander chopped _ a small bunch
For seasoning –
Green chilies – 2 no’s chopped
Curry leaves – 2 springs
Onion – 1/2 cup chopped
Tomato – 1/4 cup chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbs
Soy sauce – 1/2 Tsp
Chilli sauce – 1/2 Tsp
Sugar – 1/2 Tsp
salt to taste
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Coriander for garnishing
Method:
Add minced chicken and other ingredients to make Kheema patties. Toss it well break an egg, mix with the mixture and keep ready. Heat oil in a pan to deep fry.
When the oil is ready to deep fry, take a small portion of the prepared mixture, place on your left palm, gently flatten it to patties, add into to hot oil, add 4 to 5 patties at a time, deep fry until it turns to golden and crisp for both sides.
Continue the same for the rest of the mixture, deep fry in 2 or 3 batches and keep ready.
Heat Ghee+oil for seasoning in a pan when it is hot, add chopped green chilies, saute well then add curry leaves, onion, saute until onion turns light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, fry until you get a fresh aroma, then add chopped tomatoes, saute until it becomes soft.
Add sauces saute well, add little salt and sugar to taste, saute, add a pinch of garam masala powder, saute well, add 2 tbs of water, bring it to boil,
Add deep fried Kheema patties, toss it well until the mixture coated evenly. remove from the flame
Transfer it to a serving plate sprinkle pepper powder and chopped coriander.
