Chicken kebab recipe

This chicken kebab recipe is my own recipe i’ve been preparing this recipe for years experimenting through the years i’ve have some how perfected the recipe i will be posting other versions of chicken kababs soon..do give this recipe a try…good luck in your kitchen.
Preparation time – 10 min
Marination time – 2 hrs
Cooking time – 10 min
Ingredients –
Chicken – 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbs
Chilly powder – 1 tbs
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Cornflour – 1 1/2 tbs
Maida/all purpose flour – 2 tsp
Gram flour – 1 tsp
Egg – 1 no
Vinegar/lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
How to prepare chicken kebab
Take chicken (cleaned and drained) in a bowl add ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder chilly powder mix altogether properly
Then add corn flour,all purpose flour and gram flour mix once again add vinegar/lemon juice mix,finally add 1 raw egg mix properly marinate for 2 hr .
Heat oil in a kadai when it becomes hot add marinated chicken pieces one by one, arrange it so that it does not touch each other.Fry it in a medium flame till it turns to golden brown in colour then flip the chicken pieces to the other side and fry till it becomes crisp .
Crispy and yummy chicken kebab is ready to be served.
