Buttermilk with ginger and cumin recipe

Buttermilk is a classic Indian drink served on summer days as an excellent body cooler. It is prepared with yogurt, roasted and powdered cumin, grated ginger and salt to taste which is healthy, digestive and delicious in taste. It is an easy to make recipe can be prepared in a short time.
Ingredients:
Yogurt (curd) – 250 ml
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp (roasted and powdered)
Ginger – 1 tsp grated
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves – 2 tsp finely chopped (optional)

Method:
Add all the ingredients in a vessel (except coriander)
Blend it with a blender until everything is blended properly.
Add 2 cup of water to it and blend it once again for few more minutes,
Pour it to serving glasses, add finely chopped coriander (optional), and Enjoy Healthy and Tasty Buttermilk.
Notes –
Once buttermilk is blended you can strain it in a strainer and serve it.
Always prefer or store butter milk in earthen pot, to enjoy naturally chilled buttermilk.
