Anjeer milk shake or how to prepare Fig milk shake

Anjeer milk shake is a very healthy and nutritious milk shake for growing kids and for adults. Dried fig/anjeer is available in all seasons, so we can prepare the beverage in any season, which has distinct taste that gives a whole new experience with multiple health benefits  of enjoying the milk shake with the striking flavour.

Preparation time – 5 to 10 min

Soaking time – 10 hours

Serves – 4 to 5

Ingredients:

Dry fig / anjeer – 10 to 15 nos

Vanilla ice cream – 250 ml

Milk (chilled) – 500 ml

Sugar to taste

Honey – 2 tsp

Procedure :

Soak dried fig / anjeer for over night in a cup of water.

Take a juicer mixer jar and add soaked fig including water, sugar and blend to a paste.

Add Ice cream,milk and honey blend altogether for 10 sec.

Anjeer milk shake is ready to be served.
