Banana milkshake is quick and easy to make a milkshake that can be made in a short time with simple ingredients. A healthy and filling milkshake for all ages. Ingredients:

Banana – 3 no’s

Milk – 2 cups chilled

Sugar – 3 tsp or adjust to your taste

Vanilla ice cream – 1 scoop

Vanilla essence – 1/4 tsp

Method:

Peel the bananas, chop it roughly to blend, add it to a mixer jar, add sugar blend it to a paste, then add milk, blend it for few seconds, finally add vanilla ice cream, and vanilla essence, blend it for 1 min
