Banana dates almond shake/Smoothies is a refreshingly versatile snack at any time of the day. It is rich, creamy, and tastes like a treat-filled with healthy ingredients, a delicious breakfast drink which can be made in a short time.
Ingredients:
Banana – 3 no’s
Almond – 15-20 no’s
Dates – 5 no’s deseeded
Milk – 2 cups chilled
Vanilla ice cream – 1 scoop
Honey – 2 tsp
Sugar – 3 or 4 tsp adjust to your taste
Chopped almond – 1 or 2 tsp for garnishing

Method:
Add almonds, dates in a mixer jar make a dry powder,
add roughly chopped bananas,
blend it to a paste, then add milk, sugar, honey, and vanilla ice-cream. Blend it for few more mins.
Garnish it with chopped almonds.
