Chicken chow mein recipe

Chow mein is a traditional Chinese dish made with egg noodles and stir-fried veggies, it is just like what you get at your favorite Chinese restaurant but it’s made at home in a short time with simple ingredients, just yummy! try this for sure
Ingredients:
Egg Noodles – 200 gms
Vegetables –
Onion – 1 cup chopped
Carrot – 1 cup chopped
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Cabbage – 1 cup
Mushroom – 1 cup chopped (optional)
Spring onion – 1 cup chopped
For marination –
Boneless Chicken – 500 gms chopped
Egg – 1
Corn flour – 2 tbs
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Other ingredients –
Garlic – 12 cloves peeled and crushed
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 2 tsp
Chilli sauce – 2 tsp
Chilli flakes – 2 tsp adjust to your taste
Roasted sesame – 2 tbs
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Ajinomoto – 1/2 tsp

Method:
Boil 2 liters of water, when it begins to boil add egg noodles, cook until it is almost done. drain the water and set aside or Cook noodles as the instruction given on the pack and keep ready.
Marinate chopped boneless chicken with egg, cornflour, pepper powder, oil, and salt. Set aside for 15 to 20 mins.
Heat a pan add 1 tbs of oil in it, when it is hot add marinated chicken into it.
Saute until it is cooked /done, it takes about 10 mins on a medium flame. Once it is done remove from the flame and set aside.
Heat a pan with oil, when it is hot add crushed garlic, saute until the raw smell evaporates from it, then add onion saute for few mins, then add carrot, cabbage saute for few mins, then add capsicum, mushroom, and spring onion, saute well.
Now add vinegar, soy sauce, and chilly sauce, saute, then add cooked chicken into.
Now add cooked noodles, toss together on the same flame.
Finally, add chilly flakes and dry roasted sesame, toss well, switch off the flame.
Chicken chow mein is ready to serve.
