Chicken Noodles

Chicken Noodles is a all time favorite food. A popular Indo Chinese cuisine. It is an easy recipe for chicken noodle which can be made easily at home. A delicious nonvegetarian fusion meal. Kids lovable dish, Just do try this recipe.
Ingredients:
Noodles – 200 gm cooked
Boneless Chicken – 200 gm cut into small strips
Egg – 2 no’s
Onion – 2 medium chopped
Garlic – 2 tsp peeled chopped
Vegetables – carrot, beans, capsicum, spring onion, cabbage – each 1/2 cup chopped (optional)
Soy sauce – 1 Tsp
Chilly sauce – 1 Tsp
Vinegar – 1/2 Tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 Tsp
Chilly powder – 1/4 Tsp
Garam masala powder – 2 pinch
Ajinomoto – 1/4 Tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander and spring onion for garnishing
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method:
Cook noodles as the instruction given on the pack and keep ready. Clean the chicken rinse it properly, cut it into small strips.
Add 1/2 cup of water to chicken and salt to taste, pressure cook it for 1 whistles. Once it is done drain the stock/ collect and use it to a soup.
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a shallow pan, when it is hot, break two eggs, fry until it gets scrambled, add a pinch of salt stir again, remove and set aside.
Keep all the ingredients handy, Heat a heavy bottomed pan by adding oil to it when it is hot add chopped garlic, saute until you get a nice aroma, then add onion fry, add chopped veggies, stir for few mins, now add cooked chicken saute.
Add all sauces, vinegar, chilly powder, 2 pinches of garam masala powder. stir-fry
Now add cooked noodles into, toss it well. Add crumbled eggs, pepper powder, Ajinomoto, continue tossing until everything gets mixed evenly on a maximum flame.
Finally, add chopped coriander and spring onion. Switch off the flame, toss gently.
Serve hot and enjoy
