Chicken seek kebab

Chicken seek kebab is a delightful appetizer made with minced chicken and spices. An easy to make recipe with simple ingredients, seek Kebab prepared with minced meat with spices and grilled on skewers. It is cooked in a Thandoor, can also be served with naan or paratha’s.
Ingredients:
Chicken – 500 gm minced
Onion – 2 cup finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chilly – 2 no’s chopped
Kasuri methi – 1/2 tsp
Coriander – 1 /2 cup chopped
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 3/4 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil /butter to shallow fry
Skewers to grill

Method:
Add minced chicken with all the other ingredients in a mixer jar, blend it to a coarse mixture, without adding water.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, set aside for 30 min.
Take a lemon size of prepared mixture, take a skewer, shape it into a log, place the skewer to the middle of it, shape it, and keep ready.
Similarly follow the same for rest of the mixture.
Heat a shallow pan by adding butter or oil in it,
Place the kebab on it, cook in a medium flame, keep rotating, brush more butter or oil if necessary before it is done.
Enjoy /Serve spicy Sheek kebab with Green chutney, sprinkle chaat masala while serving.
